THIS WEEKS POEM

FAT CAT HAT

Sid my cat
Sits on my head
When I'm asleep or reading in bed
He really is the peskiest pet
He thinks he's a wig
Or a giant hair net
His purring is boring
It's wheezy and roaring
Almost as bad as dad when he's snoring
And OW! he keeps clawing my scalp as I nap
Sidney Scat! you mad, mad cat.

Lilah meets the greedy squirrel

Hi every body in room 8 I miss you.

Last night I went to bed and then dad came running up stairs. He took me to a window and a squirrel ran up the washing line. He jumped on to the bird feeder and he broke the light. He came down and got some nuts from the bottom and went and buried them. He was a greedy squirrel!

How Did the Frogs Get Into the Garden?

Lilah's Grandparent's posted us a comment about a small frog that got into their garden.
We brainstormed some ideas, wrote stories, created some of our own frogs and published them in a little movie. Here are room 8's thoughts.
